"Melissa was such a blessing to work with. My father had a sudden illness fall of 2025 and we had to sell his home in order to relocate him closer to where I could assist with his care. She was so accommodating and helpful. From our first meeting it felt like I was working with a friend not just a realtor looking to make a profit. My Father's home did require some clean up and repairs. I was struggling to navigate the preparations to sell his house in KY while living in TN. Melissa was able to give me useful resources to utilize to get my father's house cleaned up and ready to sell. She is a wonderful person and business professional that is knowledgeable about what she does. I Highly recommend her services."

"Melissa helped us find our happily ever after.Our last home had gotten small, our needs had changed, and it was time for a move. We choose Kentucky. Being new to the area, we knew we had to have help. We talked to many people who all offered to help, Melissa Albert offered to listen. What a difference that made.We didn’t really have a set list of items we were looking for, but Melissa suggested things that she thought would allow us to have what we needed for now and for years to come based on what she heard from us, while staying in our price point.We did look at numerous properties, and we are not easy customers, we knew that.
